Today we are delighted to be sharing with you the FANTASTIC news that following our German clients’ victory against Marriott Vacation Club in the First Instance court No 4 Marbella in November 2020 Marriott has already VOLUNTARILY paid the court awarded a fee of 34.992€ which the court has now released to our clients – making this our fastest ever pay out!!!!
Receiving a pay out in just 3 MONTHS really is fantastic news and we hope it sets a precedent for future pay outs from Marriott.
Congratulations to our German clients whose money will be deposited into their bank account – secured until the High Court confirms the sentence of the First Instance court.
