Today congratulations go again to our German clients for their victory against Anfi.
This time it was the court of the First Instance SBT3 who declared our clients contract with Anfi null and void and demanded the repayment of 58.278€ PLUS INTEREST.
Of course we expect Anfi will appeal………
As soon as they do we will, as a matter of standard procedure, apply to the court for a provisional execution of the funds.
This will force Anfi to deposit the funds into the court until such time as the sentence is confirmed by the High Court.
