In this sentence the presiding judges from the High Court number 5 of Las Palmas reference the jurisprudence created by varios Supreme Court sentences, when confirming the sentence from the first instance, in which our clients contract with Anfi were declared null and void.
Anfi has to reimburse over 25,000€ plus the interests and legal fees to our Swiss client.
