This time the ruling was made against Anfinpan, Airtours Beach Club (now Bluebay), where the judge applied our recent Supreme Court sentence when declaring the clients´ contract null and void which was sold in perpetuity.
We are pleased to see that the lower courts in the capital of Grand Canary are following the criteria of the highest ranking court , just like the other first instance courts on the island and in Spain, and apply it to all timeshare resorts.
