CLA is proud to present you one of our latest sentences against Airtours. Court number 1 of Maspalomas found that our clients´ contracts were illegal as not fulfilled with the Spanish timeshare law as exceeded the maximum years permitted.
The contract has been declared null and void and the company even has to pay a penalisation for taking a deposit during the reflection period- once again, strictly forbidden by the aforementioned law.
Our clients will be receiving over 40.000€ plus legal fees and legal interests.
