High Court No 3 today dismissed yet another Anfi appeal.
In what is now a firmly established process the High Court fully supported the previous ruling passed by the court of the First Instance SBT 4 who declared our clients’ contracts with Anfi null and void and ordered them to repay our clients 20.585 PLUS INTEREST.
Canarian Legal Alliance will now proceed to the collection process to ensure our clients receive their court awarded compensation as quickly as possible.
