Here we go with ANOTHER failed appeal from Anfi……
This time our Norwegian clients will be celebrating after High Court No 5 confirmed the sentence they received form the courts of the First Instance SBT1. In this sentence the Judge from SBT1 declared with certainty that our clients contract was null and void and demanded the repayment of 23.143€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
Canarian Legal Alliance will now instigate steps to have this court awarded sum discharged to our clients as expeditiously as possible.
