We are ending the week with yet another failed appeal from Anfi.
As we have come to expect High Court No 3 fully supported the ruling originally passed by the court of the First Instance SBT 2 who declared that our clients contract with Anfi null and void and ordered them to repay our clients 51.456€ PLUS INTEREST.
In calculating the awarded amount our clients received compensation in double for amounts taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period.
