We are ending the week with another Anfi fail.
This time the High Court No 5 rejected another appeal from Anfi and confirmed the sentence passed by the court of the First Instance SBT 3 who declared our Norwegian clients’ contract with Anfi null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our clients 61.166€ PLUS INTEREST
In calculating the awarded amount both courts included double for amounts paid within the statutory cooling off period.
