Yet again we are delighted to be sharing good news with you.
Today one of clients was awarded over 70.000€ after winning their case against Anfi.
In passing his sentence the judge in Gran Canaria declared that the client’s contract contained numerous violations of the Timeshare Law and because of this declared the contract null and void.
He ordered Anfi to repay our client all the money they had paid PLUS double the amount of deposit which they paid during the cooling off period PLUS all their legal fees PLUS any interest accrued.
This is a fabulous result for our client and for everyone involved in preparing the claim and we would like to congratulate everyone on a fantastic result.
We are also delighted that the Judge here in Gran Canaria in passing this sentence has sent out a very clear warning to all Timeshare companies who break the law – it’s not acceptable.
Again we feel this ruling sets a precedent for our other client who have similar claims and are confident that we will be announcing more victories.
