Congratulations and a very Merry Christmas to our English clients who have received 10.352€ in settlement of their successful claim against Anfi.
Our client won their case against Anfi in the court of the First Instance SBT1. Of course Anfi appealed…….so CLA requested a provisional execution of the funds……..which the court duly obliged………..As expected Anfi lost their appeal…..and the HC went on to confirm our clients’ sentence and release the secured funds.
