We are delighted to be ending another successful week with ANOTHER Anfi pay out!!!
Today our English clients will be heading into the weekend with an extra 17.551€ in their bank account!
When our clients won their case in the First Instance court SBT 5 we knew that when the Judge declared their contract null and void and demanded REPAYMENT IN FULL that Anfi would appeal this decision…….
We also knew that this appeal would eventually be dismissed by the High Court……
As our regular readers know, as soon as Anfi launches an appeal we apply to the court to have the awarded funds secured with a provisional execution. This forces Anfi to deposit the funds in the court until the sentence is confirmed by the High Court.
As our regular readers also know Anfi likes to play a game of “hide the funds” – a game where they attempt to delay the eventual pay out for as long as possible by claiming to have no money……
At CLA we have worked extremely hard identifying all the income streams which Anfi is trying to hide and have requested the court to place embargos on everything we find. The Court has duly obliged and we are delighted to say that this particular pay out was made possible from an embargo CLA managed to get placed on a tax refund Anfi were expecting to receive!!
