As usual Canarian Legal Alliance always like start its week with a court victory and this week will be no different.
The judge of the First Instance Court N4 has declared our swiss clients Anfi Resorts contract null and void on the basis the length exceeded that allowed under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. A timeshare contract must be valid between 3-50 years and not a day longer.
Illegal deposits were also condemned by the Judge who ruled that all payments made within the first three months should be returned to the clients in double.
Our clients will now be refunded a total of £36,310 plus legal interest.
