The judge the First Instance Court N3 in Maspalomas Gran Canaria has declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that it did not specify its length. Under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 is clear, a contract must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must be clearly indicated for the benefit of the client.
Our clients have also been awarded over €42,625 plus legal interest.
