Canarian Legal Alliance would like to inform you of one of the recent sentences in which our clients contract was not only declared null and void, compensation paid for the payments made in the reflection period, but the magistrate of court n 4 in maspalomas has also ruled on the devolution of the interests paid to Anfi for their internal finance contract with the client.
This is in line with the recent high court sentences where they also sided with the clients. By declaring the primary contract null and void, the auxiliary ahs became invalid as well with all of its effects, such as the interests payments our clients had to make.
In summary they will be receiving back over 45.000€ plus the legal interests
