We are delighted to be kicking off the week with a fantastic victory for one of our Norwegian clients.
Today the court of the first instance SBT 3 declared all three of our clients contracts with Anfi null and void and ordered Anfi to repay them 180.224€ PLUS INTEREST.
The whole process took only 10 MONTHS which, taking into consideration the delays forced upon by the COVID19 pandemic, was a super-fast result with no trial needed. Congratulations to our Norwegian clients and to our Claims Consultant Michael Gadman and our Lawyer Aroa Farray Martin.
