Congratulations today goes to our English client who has claimed victory over Anfi.
The court of the First Instance SBT 5 declared our clients’ contract with Anfi null and void an ordered Anfi to repay our clients 31.356€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
In another case which highlights the financial impact of receiving compensation in double for amounts taking illegally within the statutory cooling off period this reward consisted of 13.743€ in respect of the contract being declared null and void but then an additional 17.613€ in respect of illegal deposits.
It is so important to remember that if you paid a deposit within the statutory cooling off period it is illegal and you will receive back DOUBLE the amount you have paid.
