In yet another victory the court of the First Instance SBT 1 declared our Swiss clients contract with Anfi null and void and ordered them to repay our clients 46.880€ PLUS INTEREST.
Once again there was no need for a trial and the court made their ruling within 11 months of receiving our evidences against Anfi.
