Let’s kick off this week with ANOTHER Marriott victory!!
This time it was the Judge from the First Instance Court No 5 Marbella who declared ALL THREE of our German client’s contracts with MVCI Holidays null and void and demanded repayment of 32.682€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES.
In passing sentence the Judge demanded repayment of 23.624€ in respect of amounts paid on the contracts PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 9.058€ in respect of deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period taking our clients total awarded amount to 32.682€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES.
Following the legal precedent set by the Supreme Court with regards to Timeshare contracts, the Judge was clear and definitive in his declaration that ALL the contracts should be declared null and void and that our clients should be REPAID IN FULL.
As commented previously, our Marriott victories continue to rise and we very much look forward to receiving even more future victories for our Marriott clients.
