The Court of the 1st Instance No 3 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana has once again cited the recent Supreme Court Judgements achieved by us when declared our clients contract with ANFI Null and Void.
Our clients had been sold floating weeks and the contract was in perpetuity. These have been declared illegal by the Supreme Court in several cases over the past year. The Court in San Bartolomé has used the fact that these judgments are now Jurisprudence, meaning they are now enshrined in law, helping our clients to receive much faster resolutions than before.
The Court has now awarded our clients the sum of 17.000€ plus interests.. We expect a speedy payout for our clients and wish them well for the future.
