We are enthusiastic to share with you the latest victory of one of our English clients against CLUB LA COSTA. First instance court number 4 of Malaga has declared again null and void the timeshare contract which was signed in illegality according to the magistrate.
Invoking the recent Supreme Court ruling as a precedent, the verdict confirms that timeshare weeks in perpetuity are illegal as per the Spanish Timeshare Law.
In their ruling the judges mandated that Club La Costa must refund our clients the purchase price and the paid MAINTENANCE FEES, plus the interests.
