The High Court number 3 Of Las Palmas has once again cited the recent Supreme Court Judgements achieved by us when declared our client’s contract with ANFI Null and Void.
Our client had been sold floating weeks and the contract was in perpetuity. These have been declared illegal by the Supreme Court in several cases over the past year. The magistrates have used fact that these judgments are now Jurisprudence, meaning they are now enshrined in law, helping our clients to receive much faster resolutions than before.
The Court has now awarded our clients the sum of 25.000€ plus interests and legal fees..We expect a speedy payout for our clients and wish them well for the future.
