Today we are delighted to be ending an INCREDIBLY SUCCESSFUL week for CLA and all our clients with the announcement of OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL DAY EVER.
In just ONE SINGLE DAY we received notification form the High Court that 10 ANFI APPEALS HAVE BEEN DISMISSED and our clients claims amounting to 647.591€ HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED – WHAT A FANTASTIC RESULT!!!!
Included in these victories is one for our Norwegian clients who won their claim against Anfi in the courts of the First Instance SBT 5 when the Judge declared our clients’ contract with Anfi null and void and demanded a FULL REPAYMENT of 264.283€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES.
As expected Anfi appealed this decision……and as expected they LOST
High Court number 5 completely dismissed the appeal from Anfi, agreed 100% with the sentence passed by the court of the First Instance and confirmed the full refund to our clients of 264.283€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
Following recent events CLA will now proceed to collect these fees through the Mercantile Court.
