High Court number 2 of Las Palmas have declared null and void the contracts of yet another one of our Anfi Resorts timeshare clients.
The magistrate highlighted the length of our client’s contract as the main concern for nullity. Under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 the length of any kind of timeshare contract cannot surpass a 50-year period.
Not only was our clients contract declared null and void, but as a direct result Anfi has been ordered to return over 10,952€ plus legal interest.
