We are excited to announce yet another court victory against Anfi del Mar.
Referencing Canarian Legal Alliances recent Supreme Court victory, the presiding judge ruled that our client’s contract violated the same perpetuity clause deemed to be illegal by the Supreme Court, declaring the contract to be null and void. In his ruling the judge mandated that Anfi must refund our clients the original 10,864€ plus accrued interest.
Once again this ruling shows the lower courts commitment to following in the footsteps of the Supreme Court. We expect this sting of successive victories to be only the beginning of much more to come.
Lastly and most importantly we are absolutely delighted for our clients, who will now be seeing a full refund on their timeshare.
