Eastern Bunny brought 10.608,27€ to one of our German clients who won his claim earlier against Palm Oasis at the Supreme Court. Our client is yet to receive some further fees but it is already a great start to the spring.
Their contract was declared null and void by the highest ranking court in Spain after confirming that the timeshare law is applicable to the contracts of Palm Oasis who have been signing a kind of title deeds for the timeshare right in front of the notary. As the contract was in perpetuity which is not allowed but the Spanish Timeshare law the magistrates simply applied the law in question and confirmed their earlier rulings in this matter when declaring the contract illegal.
