The judge of the First Instance N3 in Maspalomas Gran Canaria has ruled our clients Palm Oasis (Tasolan) contract null and void on the basis that it exceeded the allowed length allowed for a timeshare contract. Under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 a contract must be valid between 3 to 50 years and must be specified in the contract as well as explained to the client before signing said document.
Palm Oasis (Tasolan) has been ordered to refund our clients over 15,962€ plus all maintenance fees and legal interests.
