Canarian Legal Alliance is delighted to share with you yet another First Instance court victory against Anfi Resorts.
The First Instance court has declared our clients Anfi Resorts Timeshare contract null and void on the basis that its duration was illegal. As specified in the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 and reaffirmed by the Supreme Court, a timeshare contract must be sold for no longer than 50 years.
The judge also saw fit to award our clients deposit back, stating that no monies can be taken from clients within the 14-day cooling off period.
As well as declaring their contract null and void, the judge ordered Anfi return over £37,913 plus legal interest.
