The judge of the First Instance Court N2 has declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that it did not follow the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 in terms of length. A timeshare contract cannot be valid for longer than 50 years and must be explained clearly prior to signing.
Our clients will be receiving over £30,788 plus legal interests.
