Canarian Legal Alliance always like to end its week with an outstanding victory and this Friday is no different.
It is with great pride that we announce our latest victory in which our clients Heritage Resorts contract has been declared null and void by the judge of the Fuengirola First Instance Court N2.
The magistre ruled our clients contract null and void on the basis that it exceeded the allowed length under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. The law is clear and states that a contract must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must be specified within the terms of the contract itself.
Our clients will be getting back over £8,942 as a purchase price, 8,064€ in maintenance fees and £12,775 as a double deposit plus legal fees and legal interest.
Congratulations to our clients and to the whole legal team involved throughout this process.
