The High Court N3 of Tenerife has declared our clients Silverpoint contract null and void on the basis that it exceeds the allowed length under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. The law is clear and states that a timeshare contract must include an end date and must be valid for no longer than 50 years.
Our clients will be getting back over £36,080 plus legal fees and legal interest.
