In another ruling for a client of Canarian Legal Alliance, the High Court N2 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has implemented the precedent set by the Supreme Court in declaring contracts in excess of 50 years to be illegal. In addition, they have also reaffirmed the illegality of paying money within cooling off period.
The highest ranking court in Spain has declared our clients Tasolan (Palm Oasis) contracts null and void, and ordered Tasolan to return 448,000 Norwegian Crowns (49,334€ ) plus legal interest.
