The judge of the High Court N3 of Tenerife has ruled in favour of our Russian Clients declaring their contract null and void. The magistrates stated the main cause for nullity was that of lack of information found in the contract. A timeshare contract must include a certain amount of specific information, such as the length of validity or the “object” of the contract amongst others.
Our clients will be getting back over 12,975€ plus legal interests.
