After achieving a First Instance Court victory Silverpoint appealed our British client’s victorious sentence, only to be met with the disappointment of the High Court reaffirming the First Instance ruling.
The High Court N3 confirmed the First Instance judge sentence declaring our clients contract null and void and awarding them a total of 24,000€ plus legal interest.
