High Court No 1 of Tenerife dismissed the appeal from High Mountain Enterprise SL after confirming the sentence issued by the court of the First Instance No 1 Granadilla de Abona.
Both courts agreed that our Norwegians clients contract with Club Laguna was null and void and ordered the repayment of 36.652€ PLUS INTEREST
In calculating the awarded amount 17.952€ was awarded in respect of the amounts paid on the contract PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 18.700€ in respect of amounts paid within the statutory cooling off period which was repaid in DOUBLE.
