Today we are delighted to be sharing ANOTHER fantastic Hilton Vacation Club Victory – This time for our Norwegian clients.
This time it was the Judge from the First Instance Court No 2 Fuengirola who declared our client’s contract with Diamond Resorts – now Hilton Grand Vacation Club – null and void and demanded FULL REPAYMENT OF 23.400€ PLUS INTEREST- 12.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID!
Once again, because of the legal precedent set in relation to deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period which states any such amounts should be repaid back in DOUBLE, our clients were awarded 12.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID – WHAT A FANTASTIC RESULT!!
Canarian Legal Alliance will now seek the recovery of these court-awarded fees – and for those of you who follow us in a regular basis – you will know that Hilton Vacation Club have historically discharged these funds with a certain level of speed, so we are hoping it won’t be too long before these funds arrive in our clients’ account!!!
