This time our Danish clients have received back 17.460€ from Holiday Club
This case was won in the first instance in February this year. Unlike other resorts Holiday Club chose not to appeal the court decision but to respect the decision ruled by the Court of the First Instance SBT No 4. So thanks to them doing the right thing our clients were able to recover their funds in a very short period of time.
Maybe other resorts should follow the same example……..
