It’s always a joyful day when we can inform our client that their pay out is on the way.
Today it’s the turn of our Danish client who was awarded 17.460€ when their contract with Holiday Club Canarias Sales & Marketing SLU was declared null and void.
It took just 8 months from when the case was presented to the court for them to declare our clients’ contract null and void and oblige Puerto Calma to repay them the money that was owed.
There was no fuss, no appeal, and no delaying tactics and some 4 months after the ruling Puerto Calma deposited the funds into our barristers account.
That’s just a 12 month processing period from start to finish!
Congratulations to our Danish client whose claim process has come to a speedy and successful ending – they can now relax in the knowledge that they have one less thing to worry about.
