The judge of the First Instance Court N5 declared our clients Anfi contract null and void on the basis that it included infringements in terms of length and specify. Our clients contract was not only sold to them in perpetuity but also as floating weeks, both deemed illegal in numerous occasions by the highest-ranking court in Spain, the Supreme Court.
The judge also ordered our clients be refunded over £11,699 plus legal interests.
