The judge of the First Instance Court N1 declared our clients Anfi contracts null on void on the basis that it had no end date. Under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 a contract`s length must be between 3 – 50 years and must be specified within the contract terms and conditions, something that Anfi does not do.
Not only was Anfi ordered to refund our clients over 37,224€ plus legal interests, but on top of this our clients have also been awarded all their MAINTENANCE FEES back!
