It’s been a busy 3 months here at Canarian Legal Alliance!
We have attended more than 80 hearings throughout the courts in Spain. From the Canaries Islands to the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain we were there!
We received over 40 favourable rulings against resorts like Marriott, Club la Costa, Silverpoint, Puerto Calma and Anfi. In both the first instance and the high courts we continue to be victorious as the well-established jurisprudence we achieved in the Supreme Court continues to make a positive impact for our clients.
We also secured an impressive 1.5 million Euros in compensation for our clients and released them from the burden of their timeshare contracts.
On top of this we successfully secured hundreds of thousands of Euros in the court through our provisional enforcements which will soon be paid out to our clients.
