We are absolutely delighted to be kicking off the week with a huge Marriott pay out!!
Back on the 7th December we informed you that our German clients had claimed victory against Marriott when all three of their contracts with Marriott Club Son Antem and Marbella Beach Club had been declared null and void by the court of the First Instance No 7 Marbella.
We also informed you that the sentence not only demanded back the amounts they had paid on the contracts but that they were also awarded an ADDITIONAL 64.219€ in compensation for deposits taken within the statutory cooling off period – taking their total amount awarded to 108,985€ PLUS INTEREST – THAT’S NEARLY2.5 TIMES MORE THAN THEY ACTUALLY PAID!!!
We can now report that JUST 5 MONTHS LATER Marriott have paid 142.433€ which is the originally reported amount of 108.985€ PLUS AND ADDITIONAL 33.448€ IN INTEREST!!!
What a start to the week!!!!!
This money will now be making its way into our clients’ bank account – a fantastic result for our clients and for the whole team at CLA who made this happen.
