This time our German clients will be absolutely delighted to be receiving 24.264€ in settlement of their claim against MVCI Management and MVCI Holidays.
The court of the First Instance No.8 Marbella made another clear and definite ruling in our client’s favour by declaring our client’s contract with MVCI Management and MVCI Holidays null and void and demanded the repayment of 9.964€ in respect of amounts paid on the contract PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 14.300€ in compensation for deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period – which Marriott promptly paid!!
