Today we are delighted to be sharing with you ANOTHER MARRIOTT VICTORY!!
This time our German clients will be celebrating after the court of the First Instance No 8 Marbella declared our client’s contract with Marriott Vacation Club null and void and demanded full repayment of 43.206€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
In calculating the awarded amount the Judge demanded repayment of 30.472€ in respect of amount paid on the contract PLUS and additional 12.734€ in respect of amounts taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period which the law dictates should be repaid in DOUBLE.
