Today we are delighted to be sharing with you ANOTHER MARRIOTT VICTORY!!
Once again our German clients will be celebrating after the court of the First Instance No 2 Palma de Mallorca took JUST 7 MONTHS to declared our clients contract with Marriott Vacation Club null and void and demanded a full repayment of 102,119€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
In calculating the awarded amount the Judge demanded repayment of 71,119€ in respect of amount paid on the contract PLUS and additional 31.000€ in respect of amounts taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period which the law dictates should be repaid in DOUBLE.
