This time it was the Judge from the First Instance Court No 6 Marbella who declared our German client’s contract with MVCI Holidays null and void and demanded FULL REPAYMENT OF 19.542€ PLUS INTEREST
Following the legal precedent set by the Supreme Court with regards to Timeshare contracts, the Judge was clear and definitive in his declaration that our clients´ contracts should be declared null and void and that our clients should be REPAID IN FULL.
Canarian Legal Alliance will now move to expedite the recovery of these funds.
