Due to the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic, the Spanish government has decided that all trials, pre trials and other hearings are to be suspended until further notice.
It is because of this that we would like to inform all our clients that slight delays might occur in their individual cases.
For all those clients who were due to have a court hearing in the upcoming days, please be assured that we will be in contact with you individually to explain how we are responding to the current developments.
We would like to point out that as the Spanish government declared a “State of Emergency”, this may limit our abilities to assist you at our multiple offices to the full extent. That being said please be assured that we continue to operate via our online services and are more than happy to answer any queries you might have.
Canarian Legal Alliance as a whole will continue to work as per usual, with our full legal team committed to helping all those clients whose cases are at court or in preparation, fulfilling our social responsibilities to all those who could become affected throughout our community.
We hope everybody stays safe and are sure that this situation will be solved sooner than you expect.
Thank you for the update regarding, the coronavirus epidemic and the effect it could have on court cases. We had been told, our case was due to be presented at court shortly so any update regarding when, this may now take place, would be well received.
Thank you for your continuing support
Kind regards
Annette and Michael Whiting
