Detention in the supposed Credit card fraud in Puerto Rico, Grand Canaria

The Guardia Civil, a Spanish police force has arrested a man for a supposed credit card fraud in Gran Canaria after having received a complaint from Canarian Legal Alliance in representation of a client of ours.

The alleged fraud occured when our client bought a product in the Puerto Rico shopping enter, upon paying with his credit card he was charged much more than what the product was originally priced at. Our one realised this when he arrived home and checked his bank statement. It looks like this was not the first offense by the supposed fraudster, and it is yet to be determined if the owner of the actual shop was involved in it as well or not.

We are proud that our law firm is able to represent consumers in all areas in Spain, so if you believe you were misled or defrauded contact us NOW. We are able to help!
