We are enthusiastic to share with you the latest victory of one of our Norwegian clients against Anfi. First instance court number 3 of Maspalomas has declared again null and void the timeshare contract which was signed in illegality according to the magistrate.
Invoking the recent Supreme Court ruling as a precedent, the verdict confirms that floating timeshare weeks are illegal as consumers´rights can not be guaranteed.
In their ruling the judges mandated that Anfi must refund our clients more than 40,000€ plus accrued interest and legal fees.
