The judge of court N5 of the First Instance in Tenerife, took into account the recent Supreme Court sentences and declared our clients contracts null and void. This ruling was reached on the basis that our clients contracts contained the perpetuity clause, meaning it was written for a period exceeding 50 years.
The court also found that Resort Properties (Silverpoint) is responsible for these contracts and ordered them to return 30,700 pounds plus legal interest.
